Job Responsibilities:- Counseling of prospective clients that are looking for wellness programs of GuruNi30. Encouraging clients to adopt the best plan that will contribute to a higher life quality. Supporting operational components of the organization that are geared towards facilitating customer satisfaction. Developing and distributing link of health education blogs, posts and videos by GuruNi30. Coordinating care services with other professionals in the company to optimize clients care services. Inform customers about company's products/services and offers. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. Identify customer's needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible. Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using WhatsApp Business.
